In 1989 Mark Graziani served lunch from a food cart in Akron, Ohio. That was the beginning of Street Treats Grill. The Grill moved from cart to restaurant and it was there that he established Graziani's Grill. His success at the Grill allowed Mark to expand his business when he opened up The Courthouse Cafe.
